2. Hosting

This website is hosted as static files on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technically necessary server log files (including IP address, date/time, requested file, browser type). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure provision of the website).

3. No own cookies, no tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, Google Analytics or a contact form on this landing page. We do not create usage profiles.

4. Map service (OpenStreetMap / CARTO)

The homepage embeds a sample map. Map tiles are loaded from CARTO based on OpenStreetMap. The tile provider may process your IP address and technical request data. The map is a demo without login.

5. Email correspondence

If you write to us, we process the data you send (email address, message, name if provided) to handle the request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (general enquiries).

Data is deleted when the conversation has ended and no statutory retention duties apply.

6. App (note)

Once the Pongo app is published, the in-app privacy policy applies to accounts, location, teams and tournaments. This website policy covers pongo.beer only.

7. Storage period

Unless a more specific period is stated here, personal data is stored only as long as needed for the respective purpose or as required by law.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
